Acupuncture
Acupuncture is the practice of inserting fine needles into the body at very specific points. This is to get pain relief, or in some cases help the body to deal with other diseases.
It works through the nervous system to release the body’s natural pain killers and hormones, as well as boost immune function, amongst other effects. Acupuncture can be used for a variety of diseases including pain management, constipation, nausea and more.
